The fee for your endodontic therapy will be determined by the extent of treatment. During your intital call we will discuss the anticipated treatment from the information provided. Before your appointment we will contact your insurance and estimate a copay for your services. However, after your consultation with Dr. Grosko, he may find that additional treatment is needed for the best prognosis. It is our policy that your estimated copay is paid at the time services are rendered. As a courtesy, we will file the dental claim with your insurance. If there is any balance after insurance consideration, the balance is your responsibility.
